Job Title Legal Consultant (Head) Department Legal Location Sion Candidate Profile \xc2\xb7 L. L. B. or L. L. M. with 10 to 15 years of overall Experience & out of that, at least 6 to 8 yrs of Mumbai Real Estate experience. Preferred with experience in SRA Litigation \xc2\xb7 Handled legal documentation for Real Estate Industry \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of SRA Projects litigation, Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, Bombay Tenancy & Agricultural Act, acquainted with RERA and legal documentation is a must. \xc2\xb7 Experience of hand ling Mumbai and Thane location legal matters and documentation. \xc2\xb7 Age: between 40 to 45 yrs. \xc2\xb7 Staying in Central Suburbs OR should have travel time or less than an hour for reaching to Sion. Job Responsibilities
- Coordinating with in house HOD\xe2\x80\x99s & with external law Firms for all kind of Legal matters and update Management on each matter.
- Meticulous preparation of legal briefs, facts and analysis to provide to external law Firm.
- Timely preparation and updation of list of dates in each matter.
- Preparing and finalizing application / reply / correspondence to give it to Police station, Slum Society, SRA, etc.
- Attend court where matter will be on Board in all courts like: Supreme Court, High Court, City Civil, Small Causes, SRA, RERA, Additional Collector etc. in Mumbai & Thane and appear if required.
- Attending Conference with Counsel
- To vet correspondence in cases of potential litigation. Protect legal action against the company by taking appropriate & timely recourse and also to negotiate possible cases for out of court settlement.
- Opinion on Law points, Reference to section of Relevant Acts, Case Laws to the Management.
