About the Job Role\xe2\x80\x99s & Responsibilities:

15+ years of experience in Legal Consultation, Litigation Handling, Contract Management & Documentation, Statutory Compliance, Client Relationship Management, Team Management

Proven expertise in handling US Real Estate Law, Commercial & IT/ITES Contracts, Legal & Litigation Support.

Responsible for drafting, reviewing, & negotiating real estate documents such as sale, lease, leave & licenses, etc.

An astute Legal expert with skills in structuring & implementing business/ legal strategy, to address complex commercial transactions, litigation, and regulatory inquiries.

Must have minimum of 10yrs experience in handling US Real estate law and having onsite US work experience would be an added advantage.

Salary is not a constrain for the deserved candidate and the position is for Coimbatore location.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: Up to 4,000,000.00 per year Schedule:
