Manage legal documentation, vendor agreements, and risk mitigation in the hospitality sector.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure adherence to Indian corporate laws, Labour Laws, and industry-specific compliances.
Preferred Skills:
Strong knowledge of corporate laws, contract drafting, and dispute resolution.
Experience in the Hospitality domain is advantageous.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
