Roles& Responsibilities

Responsible for ensuring that the organization complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies.

Monitor and analyze changes in laws and regulations that may impact the organization and advise management on the implications of these changes.

Responsible for developing and implementing compliance programs, policies, and procedures to prevent and detect violations of laws and regulations.

Strong understanding of legal and regulatory requirements, and the ability to work independently and make sound decisions.

Draft and revise contracts.

Proactively audit processes, practices and documents to identify weaknesses.

Evaluate business activities (e.g. investments) to assess compliance risk.

Collaborate with external auditors and HR when needed.

Qualifications:

CS (Mandotory), business administration or a related field

Proven experience as a Compliance Officer

Familiarity with industry practices and professional standards

Good communication and writing skills.

Integrity and professional ethics

Teamwork skills
