We are seeking a Law Clerk to provide assistance in filing and case management for litigation before various courts and tribunals, including NCLT, NCLAT, CAT, DRT,High Court, and Supreme Court. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling court procedures, legal documentation, and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Case Filing - Documentation
Prepare, organize, and submit petitions, applications, affidavits, and other legal documents before courts and tribunals.
Ensure that all filings comply with court procedures and prescribed formats.
Follow up on document deficiencies and rectifications required by the court registry.
Case Management - Coordination
Maintain and update case files, court records, and legal documentation.
Track hearing dates, case status, and filing deadlines to ensure timely compliance.
Coordinate with court clerks, registry officials, and legal teams for case updates.
Assist in preparing briefs, index, and annexures for filings.
Liaison with Courts - Clients
Facilitate communication between advocates, clients, and court offices.
Retrieve certified copies of orders, judgments, and case records from relevant courts and tribunals.
Assist in organizing and scheduling court hearings, client meetings, and follow-ups.
Administrative - Compliance Support
Ensure that all procedural formalities for filings are met within prescribed timelines.
Maintain digital and physical records of legal proceedings.
Keep track of case laws, orders, and legal precedents for reference.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B) preferred but not mandatory.
Experience: Maximum 7 year in a litigation chamber or law firm.
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of court filing procedures, registry rules, and case tracking.
Familiarity with IBC, Companies Act, SARFAESI, Administrative Act and Constitution.
Proficiency in using court portals (e-filing systems) and legal documentation tools.
Soft Skills:
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Strong attention to detail in legal paperwork and case files.
Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders efficiently.
Professional communication skills for liaising with court staff and legal teams.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
