Role Summary:

As a Legal Associate you will support the legal team in commercial contracting, contract lifecycle management (CLM), legal operations, and internal policy matters. You will serve as a key contributor, balancing detailed contract review and analysis with pragmatic business partnership, helping Relativity scale its legal operations and support innovative product offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements (e.g., SaaS licenses, services agreements, NDAs, reseller/distributor terms). Support implementation and maintenance of the CLM system (data input, tagging, workflows, reporting) similar to roles referenced in Legal Intern listings. purpose.jobs+1 Assist in revising internal legal policies, procedures, and process improvements. Conduct legal research and provide memo summaries on issues such as data privacy, intellectual property, commercial terms, regulatory compliance. Work cross-functionally with business stakeholders (product, sales, operations) to provide legal/commercial advice and support. Support the legal team in managing third-party vendors, internal trainings, and legal operations projects (e.g., workflows, reporting, tools). Maintain awareness of relevant industry changes (e-discovery, generative AI, cloud platforms) given Relativity's product focus.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
