Job Description
Omkara Asset Reconstruction Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Legal Associate \xe2\x80\x93 Delhi Roles and responsibilities:
- Analysing the case assigned to determine the resolution strategy and drafting of various internal notes, documents related to legal and statutory notices related to SARFAESI Act 2002.
- Having adequate knowledge of DRT Act, SARFAESI Act, IBC 2016 other relevant law pertaining to Banking and financial institutions
- Ensure compliance to all Audit / RBI regulations as well as policies and procedures of the company.
- Undertakes various actions for resolution/recovery of account including liasioning with investors for sale of asset/ business, various actions under SARFAESAI / IBC for enforcement of security interest, Negotiation with borrowers etc.
- Day shift
- Bhikaji cama palace , New Delhi - 1100, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
