Legal Associate -- Litigation (Full-time)

Legal Associates (Litigation)

for courtroom appearances, drafting pleadings and legal research. Freshers are welcome to apply. Candidates having prior Litigation exposure will be preferred.

Key responsibilities

Represent clients in courts and tribunals; attend hearings and brief senior counsel. Draft plaints, written statements, petitions, affidavits, applications, settlement documents etc. Conduct legal research, prepare hearing notes and litigation strategies. Manage case files, timelines, service, and follow-up with clients and courts. Assist with admissions, procedural compliance and evidence management.
Must-have (minimum)

LLB (or equivalent). Enrollment with Bar Council of India. Strong interest in litigation and readiness for regular court appearances. Excellent drafting and legal-research skills. Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel. Good command of English (read/ write/ speak). Freshers with strong academics and litigation interest are encouraged to apply.
Preferred (will boost your application)

Exposure to or interest in: DRT (Debt Recovery Tribunal), High Court litigation, NCLT matters, and real-estate disputes. Ability to read, write and speak Marathi. Prior internship/courtroom exposure, drafting samples or moot experience.
