We are looking for a Legal Associate to join our legal team. The role involves handling corporate legal matters, employment-related issues, and ensuring legal compliance for company operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Drafting, reviewing, consultation and negotiation a wide range of contracts, including Vendor Agreements, Employment Agreements, NDAs, Service Agreements, SaaS, and other commercial documentation.
Advise internal stakeholders on matters related to labour and employment laws, including disciplinary actions, terminations, and workplace compliance.
Corporate Compliance
Policies, legal notices, in accordance with legal best practices.
Qualification and Experience:
Law degree (LL.B.) from a recognized institution; LL.M. is an advantage.
2-3 years of experience, preferably in a corporate legal department or employment law practice.
Strong understanding of employment laws, corporate law, and contract law.
Proficiency in English for drafting and communication.
Excellent legal drafting, negotiation, and advisory skills.
High level of integrity and professional ethics.
Ability to manage multiple assignments independently and work cross-functionally.
