Compliance of Statutory and Regulatory Directives by ensuring execution and compliance as per existing SOP set & regulatory mandates and by initiating disciplinary proceedings wherever required.
Review and process legal agreements, and advise/represent the company on legal matters.
Regular liaising with regulatory/statutory authorities, and personal visits for domestic inquiries of employees as and when required. drafting notices and replies received from various statutory authorities.
Identification of applicable gazette notification containing new 1/3 statues, rules, regulations, amendments to existing statutes, rules, regulations, and carrying out the related amendments into the respective base statutes, rules, regulations etc.
Good exposure to submission of various statutory compliance to various government authorities on behalf of the company.
Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize vendor agreements, including NDAs, SLAs, and other corporate services contracts.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all vendor-related agreements. ? Conduct legal risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigating contractual risks
Qualification & Skills:
? Education: LLB or LLM from a recognized institution.
? Experience: 3-4 years of experience in contract drafting, vendor management, or corporate legal compliance, litigation
? Strong understanding of contract law, commercial agreements, and regulatory compliance.
? Excellent negotiation, drafting, and legal analysis skills.
? Ability to manage multiple vendor contracts while ensuring legal accuracy and business alignment.
? Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
