for LEGAL ASSOCIATE:
- Drafting ATL and BTL contracts, NDAs, NOC
- Well-versed with the copyright act, intellectual property law
- Drafting side letters, Deeds, Declaration cum Indemnity, Public notices
- Identify, anticipant & Mitigate legal risk in legal documentation.
- Well-versed in MS WORD, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Minimum Experience: 2-4years
- Day shift
