Job Title: Legal Associate
Primary Skill:vendor, employment, consultancy, NDAs, MSAs, and SOWs
Secondary Skill:contract records, trackers, and related documentation.
Location: Hyderabad
Educational Qualification: B.Tech/BE/M.Tech/MCA/M.Sc
YOE: 3-4 yrs
:

• Draft and review global commercial agreements including customer, vendor, employment, consultancy, NDAs, MSAs, and SOWs.

• Support contract negotiations by reviewing terms, preparing mark-ups, and identifying key risks and deviations.

• Ensure contracts are aligned with applicable laws, internal policies, and approved contractual standards.

• Work closely with internal stakeholders (sales, procurement, HR, finance, delivery teams) on contract-related matters.

• Assist with contract lifecycle activities such as execution, amendments, renewals, and terminations.

• Coordinate with external counsel on jurisdiction-specific or specialised matters, as required.

• Maintain contract records, trackers, and related documentation.
