This is an interesting and impressive role that would see you provide commercial, administrative, and project assistance to support the full range of work undertaken by the Corporate and Commercial Counsels in providing legal advice and services to the business.

What will your essential responsibilities include?

\xc2\xb7 Review commercial/procurement agreements. The agreements range from NDAs, service agreements, and consultancy agreements. The role will involve drafting, reviewing, and negotiating these types of agreements.

\xc2\xb7 Assist senior counsel in the review of more complex agreements or amendments to the same.

\xc2\xb7 Completion of intragroup service level reports for the Legal team and related administrative work.

\xc2\xb7 Maintain and update legal files/documentation and prompt the legal department in advance of certain deadlines to ensure the orderly provision of legal services.

\xc2\xb7 Provide administrative and project support to the legal department to ensure an effective and efficient provision of legal services.

\xc2\xb7 Prepare correspondence to service providers and counterparties as required to support the Group\xe2\x80\x99s legal obligations and business objectives.

\xc2\xb7 Conduct legal and factual research and track legislation as requested to support the Group\xe2\x80\x99s legal obligations and business objectives to present results to senior counsels.

\xc2\xb7 Support the company secretarial team with the preparation and collation of board materials as and when required.

\xc2\xb7 Reviewing relevant outsourcing policies and related regulations and maintaining updates on these for the team.

You will report to Senior Counsel, Corporate and Commercial.

\xc2\xb7 Opening new matters on the file tracking system.

\xc2\xb7 Assisting company secretarial team where needed.

\xc2\xb7 Arranging signatures of agreements or other docs.
