How you will contribute

As a member of A&M's global legal team, you will:

Contract Review & Negotiation

- Draft, review, and negotiate NDAs, non-reliance and reliance agreements, service and vendor contracts. Ensure contractual terms align with firm policies, risk appetite, and compliance requirements.

Risk Management & Compliance

- Help identify and mitigate legal risks.

Stakeholder Collaboration

- Partner with business and operational teams in support of contract negotiation and finalisation.

Policy & Process Development -

Contribute to contracting guidance and best practices

Legal Research -

Conduct research on applicable laws and regulations impacting commercial agreements.

Qualifications

A Law degree (LL.B or equivalent) from a recognized institution; additional certifications in commercial law or contract management / postgraduate degree in law (LL.M or equivalent) is a plus. Experience: Minimum 3+ years, post-qualification experience in commercial contract review and negotiation. Prior experience in professional services or consulting industry preferred. Strong understanding of contract law, commercial agreements, and risk assessment. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with international contracting standards and cross-border transactions.
