Role Description
Drafting of Petitions, Applications, Replies etc.
Appearances before courts and Tribunals
Briefing Senior Advocates, Advocates.
Drafting of Legal Notices, Agreements etc.
Competencies Required
Must Have sound knowledge of Corporate Litigation and Disputes, Arbitration, Corporate Transactions.
Must have worked in some good law firms.
Ability to perform several tasks simultaneously to meet critical deadlines is necessary.
Ability to interact with staff from multiple departments.
Excellent written/oral communication and organizational skills are required.
Knowledge of all applicable laws, rules and regulations.
Qualifications
Must have done LLB from Tier 1 College/Institute.
Minimum 3 years experience required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
