Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Legal Associate with expertise in conducting due diligence, reviewing legal documents, and preparing reports. The candidate must possess strong legal research and analytical skills, along with proficiency in Hindi to review and interpret documents, agreements, and communications in both English and Hindi.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct legal due diligence for corporate matters.

Review and analyze contracts, agreements, property documents, and statutory records.

Prepare due diligence reports, checklists, and risk summaries.

Assist in drafting and vetting legal documents, notices, and correspondence.

Coordinate with clients, external counsels, and regulatory authorities.

Translate, interpret, and review legal documents in Hindi and English, ensuring accuracy and clarity.

Maintain proper records, compliance trackers, and case documentation.

Support senior legal team members in transactional and advisory work.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

LL.B. (3-year/5-year) from a recognized university.

1-3 years of experience in legal due diligence (freshers with internship experience may also be considered).

Strong knowledge of contract law, corporate law, and property laws.

Proficiency in Hindi and English (both written and spoken).

Excellent legal drafting, research, and analytical skills.

Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple assignments.

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
