Draft, review, and revise commercial and warehousing contracts, including service level agreements (SLAs), non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), and vendor agreements.
Support negotiations and ensure alignment with company policies and risk standards.
Review and interpret client contracts, particularly with automotive manufacturing and supply chain partners.
Maintain a repository of executed contracts and track key compliance milestones.
Assist in resolving contract-related disputes by coordinating with external counsel when required.
Conduct periodic audits of contract documentation to ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
Stay updated on relevant laws and industry regulations affecting logistics and warehousing operations.
