The role of an Associate shall involve a multifaceted approach to supporting the Insolvency Professional (IP) in various capacities.
This includes:
Assisting in drafting legal documents, reports etc for submission to the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT)
Preparing agendas and minutes for creditor meetings,
Reporting to regulatory bodies.
Drafting petitions, applications, and replies
Managing daily communications with stakeholders
Providing steadfast support throughout the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) and Liquidation process.
Candidates having at least 2 years of post qualification professional experience shall be eligible to apply.
