Job Description
PQE : About 3-5 years
Qualification : LLB / LLM 1. General : Research on Legal Queries related to the E-Com operations world, liaison with business POCs and drafting emails. 2. Support during and after Inspections at Fulfilment Centers including those related to Legal Metrology, Food Safety, BIS Act, Factories Act, etc. This will include creating responses to regulatory notices. 3. Support on day to day operational issues at sites such as for example any operational disruptions due to associate activity, external interventions, Law enforcement etc. Work will involve attending calls with business and preparing responses to notices/supporting on the same. 4.Support to licenses and permits teams on research, drafting letters etc. 5. Vetting of litigation documents such as petitions/applications etc. prepared by external counsels. Job Type: Full-time Salary: 930,000.00 - 9100,000.00 per month Schedule:
- Morning shift
- Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
