JOB TITLE: Senior. Legal Associate. REMUNERATION: BASED ON EXPERIENCE & EXPERTISE. POSITION TYPE: FULL TIME. RESPONSIBILITIES:

- An experienced Law Graduate with minimum of 1 to 3 years experience having of good legal knowledge either in corporate or litigation field .
- Drafting of Memorandum of Understandings, Interlocutory Applications, Affidavits, etc.
- Handling Legal Matters of Legal Documentation, Notices, Agreements and Contracts.
- Assisting Customer Relations Managements relating to legal advice, documentation
- Property Due Diligence (regarding any legal queries)
- Collaborating with external lawyers to evaluate land records, due diligence for transactions etc.
- Experience in Drafting various Legal Documents
- Experience in analyzing and responding to regulatory and compliance matters
- Ability to function autonomously yet communicating laterally with ease
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English (Optional :Kannada ,Telugu & Tamil)
- Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and coordinate complex
- Understanding Land Acquisition Process
- Knowledge of Land Laws compulsory.
