Role Purpose:
The Legal Associate will be responsible for providing legal support to the various teams within Practo, ensuring the company operates within the law at all times, offering counsel on legal issues, and facilitating business strategies development.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide legal support and advice to different departments within Practo.
Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of contracts and agreements.
Ensure legal compliance in all business practices and advise on possible legal risks.
Contribute to the formulation of business strategies from a legal point of view.
Liaise with external legal counsel as required.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
Law degree from a recognized university.
Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role, ideally in a corporate environment.
Strong understanding of corporate law and legal procedures.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Environment/Location:
This is a full-time, in-office position based out of our headquarters in Bengaluru, India.
