Job Description
Omkara Asset Reconstruction Pvt. Ltd. is hiring for Legal Associate for Chennai Roles and responsibilities:
- Will get exposure to Drafting and vetting of various documents related to Assignment of Loans, legal and statutory notices related to SARFAESI Act 2002.
- Having adequate knowledge of DRT Act, SARFAESI Act, IBC 2016 other relevant law pertaining to Banking and financial institutions
- Ensure compliance to all Audit / RBI regulations as well as policies and procedures of the company.
- Manage the recovery litigation, physical possesion , auction under arbitration and SARFAESI laws and provide proactive legal strategy for all key accounts.
