We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Legal Assistant to join our Cyber Complaints & Cyber Fraud Resolution team. In this role, you will review cyber fraud complaints, prepare legal drafts, coordinate with internal and external legal teams, and ensure smooth progress and closure of cases. Candidates with strong analytical skills, a legal background, and an interest in cybersecurity and fraud prevention are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in handling and resolving cyber complaints and cyber fraud cases in coordination with internal lawyers and external advocates.
Review, verify, and analyze customer cyber fraud complaints to identify issues and required actions.
Prepare legal drafts, notices, responses, case notes, and case briefs with accuracy.
Support company lawyers and external counsel in case strategy, documentation, and legal research.
Maintain organized case files, evidence records, and documentation.
Follow up on case progress and ensure timely submission of required documents.
Prepare case status reports and closure summaries for internal tracking and management review.
