The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a construction or infrastructure environment and be familiar with legal procedures, contract management, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and manage contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
Assist in ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements (RERA, labor laws, etc.).
Coordinate with legal advisors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
Maintain legal records, case files, and documentation logs.
Support dispute resolution, arbitration, or litigation processes.
Assist with property due diligence, land records, and title verification.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Law or related field.
2-4 years of experience in legal support, preferably in construction or real estate.
Knowledge of contract law, property law, and relevant regulatory acts.
Strong drafting, documentation, and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and legal research tools.
