Seamless speciality infra projects pvt ltd, Hiring Legal Associate minimum 5 years experience

Expertise in NCLT: In-depth knowledge of NCLT laws, regulations, and procedures related to corporate insolvency, liquidation, and restructuring.

Legal Research: Proficient in conducting thorough legal research, examining case laws, statutes, and legal precedents.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate legal advice, present arguments, and draft legal documents.

Experience in appearing in all the courts. And having experience in Civil and Criminal matters.

Excellent in drafting and due diligence of properties.

Documentation and Drafting: Proficiency in drafting legal documents, contracts, petitions, complaints, and legal opinions with accuracy and precision.

Time Management: Efficiently manage multiple cases, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
