Handle employee-related issues like complaints, disciplinary actions, and investigations
Draft and review legal documents, notices, and HR policies
Ensure compliance with Indian labour and employment laws
Coordinate with HR, legal team, and external lawyers
Research legal updates and provide practical legal advice
Assist in corporate legal matters and represent the company in legal hearings
Required Knowledge:
Indian Labour & Employment Laws
Civil, Criminal, Contract, and Property Laws
Drafting of notices, contracts, and policies
Legal procedures and compliance
Eligibility:
6 months to 1 year of experience in a legal or corporate role
Strong in legal drafting and communication
Able to work independently and in a team
Experience in a law firm is a plus
Good English communication is preferred
