Prepare, review, and organize real estate legal documents such as
sale deeds, lease agreements, title search reports, MoUs, and contracts
.
Assist in
due diligence
for property acquisitions, including verifying title ownership and zoning regulations.
Coordinate with internal departments, external legal counsel, and government authorities on property matters.
Maintain and organize legal files, contracts, and property records for easy retrieval and compliance.
Track
key dates
such as agreement expirations, payment schedules, and legal deadlines.
Draft and format legal correspondence, reports, notices, and other documentation.
Support in managing
litigation or arbitration cases
related to property issues.
Assist in ensuring all real estate activities are conducted in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
Provide administrative support to legal counsel as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent.
5-7 years of experience in a legal assistant or paralegal role, preferably within
real estate or property law
.
Familiarity with
RERA, property registrations, title due diligence
, and local real estate regulations.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office and document management systems.
Attention to detail and high level of confidentiality.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of corporate compliance in property transactions.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple property portfolios.
