Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: BL / LLB.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Skills:
- Should be strong in drafting and vetting Commercial Contracts / Agreements / Transfer of Property Act and Labour Laws & General Laws.
- Review of Land Documents and coordinating with advocates & appearing before statutory authorities for Liaison with various Government Authorities.
- Strong Analytical and Problem-solving skills.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills.
