Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
Provide legal advice to management and departments.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Manage disputes, legal notices, and coordinate with external counsel.
Support HR with employment law and policy matters.
Monitor legal developments and recommend necessary changes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B), LL.M preferred.
Licensed to practice law.
1-2 years of corporate legal experience.
Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
