Job Summary:
Ziya Academy is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented
Legal Executive
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing the organization's legal matters, ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, and support documentation related to academic operations, admissions, and business contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and manage legal documents including MOUs, contracts, agreements, and notices.
Ensure the institution complies with education sector laws and government regulations.
Handle legal documentation related to student admissions, partnerships, and vendor agreements.
Coordinate with external legal advisors and government bodies when necessary.
Represent the academy in legal matters (if required).
Maintain proper documentation and filing system of legal records.
Provide legal insights to management on risk mitigation and policy implementation.
Support internal departments on any legal queries or compliance needs.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent.
Good understanding of corporate, contract, and education-related laws.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
Prior experience in an educational institution or corporate setting is a plus.
