Job Description

Job Summary:

The Legal Assistant will assist the legal team with document preparation, research, case management, and administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

Document preparation: Draft, review, and edit legal documents, contracts, and agreements.

Research and analysis: Conduct legal research, analyze data, and summarize findings.

Case management: Assist in managing case files, tracking deadlines, and coordinating with attorneys.

Communication: Liaise with internal stakeholders, external counsel, and clients.

Administrative tasks: Perform administrative duties, such as scheduling appointments and maintaining records.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
