Draft, review, and prepare legal documents including

Handle

with government offices, legal authorities, and external agencies.
Ensure company compliance with statutory and legal requirements.
Maintain all legal documentation and records systematically.
Administrative & HR Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day
office administration
and documentation.
Oversee
HR functions
, including attendance, leave management, recruitment coordination, and employee records.
Assist in policy drafting and ensuring HR compliance with labor laws.
Support management in coordination with internal teams and vendors.
Other Responsibilities:
Handle
travel, logistics, and official correspondences

Be willing to
travel frequently
for official work.
Must possess a valid
four-wheeler driving license
and be able to drive independently.
