Supervision of housekeeping, security, pantry & support staff
Vendor management, procurement, inventory & AMC renewals
Event / meeting coordination & MIS / admin reports
Ensure adherence to company policies & basic compliances
2. Legal Documentation & Compliance
Drafting/review of agreements, MoUs, NDAs, lease deeds, vendor contracts
Handling property-related documentation, registry, attestations etc.
3. Coordination & Communication
Single point of contact between management, staff, vendors & other stakeholders
Support to senior management / EA-type tasks (presentations, follow-ups, priorities)
Regular reporting and documentation for management
4. Real Estate / Residential Property (Preferred)
Handling documentation related to residential property purchase
Drafting & checking sale deed, payment terms, and possession-related clauses
Working with circle rate for valuation and stamp duty related matters
Coordination and verification of khasra, khatauni / ownership records
End-to-end support in registry (registration process), documentation and file management
Liaison with local authorities / registrar office / property-related departments as required
Candidate Profile
3+ years' experience in Admin + Legal / Admin + Documentation / EA + Legal
Good understanding of legal documentation & compliances
Experience in property or non-property legal documentation acceptable
Strong communication, coordination & multitasking skills
Proficient in MS Office & documentation / MIS
LLB,LLM / legal or property background will be an added advantage
