Title: Legal Analyst
Role: Contribute to Lubrizol's growth and success by providing support to two important legal functions with corporate-wide responsibility. The successful candidate will split time supporting Ethics and Compliance and Corporate Governance.
Ethics & Compliance:

• Support various ethics and compliance initiatives, including onboarding and review of sales agents and distributors for a business division, and preparation of corresponding agreements.

Corporate Governance Support:

• Formation and maintenance of legal entities and branch offices; preparing minutes, consents, powers, and director and officer changes
• Assist intercompany transactions; contributions, distributions, loans, purchases and sales, cash management activities, and optimization projects
• Draft intercompany transaction documents
• Support mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, and other corporate transactions; due diligence, document review/preparation, data room management, and post-closing integration or disintegration activities
• Collaborate with the treasury department in establishing domestic and international bank accounts

Requirements:

• 5+ years' relevant experience in governance and transactions
• Strong verbal and written communication skills across all organizational levels
• Excellent organizational abilities; capable of managing multiple projects and prioritizing tasks
• High attention to detail

Preferred:

• Law degree
• 5+ years
