In this broad and challenging role, you will be instrumental in supporting our global business initiatives and further developing the legal functions standards and procedures. This role will report to Amagis VP, Legal, and will require coordination with global cross functional partners across multiple geographies.Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with sales, procurement and other departments to manage and process agreements.
• Review incoming agreements to determine whether legal review is required under existing policies and procedures.
• Lead day to day management of contract lifecycle management software and related contract management processes.
• Coordinate and collaborate with legal teams in other jurisdictions to ensure consistency and compliance across global operations.
• Assist with M&A activities, including due diligence, contract review and post-transaction integration efforts.
• Develop and support programs that promote collaboration and knowledge sharing across the company (e.g. centralized resources, playbooks, memos and other learnings).
• Assist with implementing processes and procedures for the review and approval of agreements.
• Provide general support to the legal team to further team and company objectives.

Skills and Expertise Required:

• 1-3 years of legal department experience in a law office or corporate legal department.
• Bachelors degree in Law (LL.B) from reputed university
• Sound working knowledge of corporate and commercial legal principles.
• Strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail and sound judgment.
• Proactive team player who is comfortable taking ownership of projects.
• Conscientious with respect to work completion, deadlines and time management.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
