Provide legal advice and support on corporate governance, commercial transactions, and business operations.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, MOUs, NDAs, and other legal documents.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including company policies and industry standards.
Advise management on legal risks and recommend strategies to minimize potential liabilities.
Handle corporate filings, regulatory submissions, documentation, and legal records.
Liaise with external legal counsel on specialized matters such as litigation, intellectual property, or regulatory approvals.
Conduct legal research on emerging laws, regulations, and industry-specific requirements.
Support mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and restructuring initiatives.
Develop and implement internal legal policies, processes, and compliance frameworks.
Provide training to employees on compliance, legal policies, and risk mitigation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB); Master's degree (LLM) is an advantage.
Valid license to practice law in [relevant jurisdiction].
Minimum 3+ years of experience in corporate law, commercial legal advisory, or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of corporate governance, contract law, regulatory compliance, and business law.
