ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Draft, vet, and review all legal documents including sale deeds, agreements to sell,
MoUs, lease deeds, and builder-buyer agreements.

Conduct title due diligence and verify ownership records, encumbrance certificates,
and mutation entries for all land parcels and properties.

Handle mutation processes at local authorities and ensure updated property
records in the revenue department.

Prepare and execute property registration and liaise with sub-registrar offices for
deed execution and compliance.

Provide legal opinions and documentation support for land acquisition, joint
ventures, and development agreements.

Ensure compliance with RERA (Real Estate Regulation and Development Act)
including registration of projects, drafting of RERA-related documents, and

responding to customer/RERA queries.

Coordinate with MDDA (Mussoorie Dehradun Development Authority) for project
approvals, land use permissions, building plan sanctions, and related legal

documentation.

Draft and review vendor, contractor, and consultancy contracts, ensuring alignment
with project and legal requirements.

Represent the company before legal authorities, consumer courts, and RERA for
any disputes or litigations.

Issue and respond to legal notices, handle arbitration or conciliation matters if
required.

Maintain proper records of all agreements, property documents, litigation cases,
and compliance reports.

Advise management on legal risks, project viability, and regulatory requirements. Ensure all transactions and developments comply with local, state, and central real
estate laws and policies.

Stay updated on amendments in land, property, and real estate laws to guide
internal teams effectively

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?45,000.00 - ?55,000.00 per month
