Key Responsibilities
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating
contracts, agreements, MoUs, joint development agreements, sale deeds, lease deeds
, and other legal documents.
Providing legal advice on
construction contracts
, EPC contracts, vendor agreements, and subcontractor agreements.
Handling
real estate transactions
, including land acquisition, due diligence, title verification, and property documentation.
Ensuring compliance with
local, state, and central laws
, including RERA, Contract Act, Transfer of Property Act, Stamp Act, and Registration Act.
Coordinating with external advocates for
litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution
matters.
Managing legal notices, replies, and follow-ups related to civil, consumer, and contractual disputes.
Supporting project teams with legal risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
Liaising with government authorities for approvals, registrations, and legal clearances.
Maintaining and updating legal records, contracts, and compliance trackers.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of
civil law, real estate law, construction law
, and regulatory frameworks.
Hands-on experience in
contract drafting and negotiation

Familiarity with
RERA compliance
and real estate due diligence processes.
Ability to handle litigation matters with minimal supervision.
Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
Qualifications
LLB / LLM
from a recognized university.
3-5 years of relevant experience
in civil construction and real estate (law firm or in-house).
Enrollment with the Bar Council (preferred).
Preferred Experience
Experience working with
construction companies, real estate developers, or infrastructure firms

Exposure to arbitration and dispute resolution in construction-related matters.
