Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Provide legal advice and guidance to management on day-to-day operations

Draft, review, and vet agreements, contracts, MOUs, and legal documents

Ensure compliance with statutory laws, regulations, and government policies

Handle legal notices, replies, and correspondence with authorities

Coordinate with external advocates, courts, and legal consultants

Represent the organization in legal proceedings, hearings, and negotiations

Advise on risk management and preventive legal measures

Maintain and update legal records, case files, and documentation

Monitor changes in laws and regulations and inform management accordingly

Support HR in employment law matters, disciplinary actions, and policies

Assist in licensing, registrations, renewals, and regulatory approvals

Handle consumer complaints, disputes, and litigation matters

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of Indian laws and legal procedures

Excellent drafting and communication skills

Ability to analyze legal risks and provide practical solutions

Confidentiality and ethical conduct

Negotiation and problem-solving skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,227.32 - ₹36,337.81 per month
