Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced

Legal Advisor with a minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate. The ideal candidate will provide legal guidance, ensure compliance with regulations, and assist in handling property-related legal matters.

Key Responsibilities

- Review and draft real estate agreements, contracts, and legal documents.

- RERA Experience mandatory

- Ensure compliance with real estate laws, regulations, and company policies.

- Provide legal advice on property transactions, land acquisitions, and lease agreements.

- Handle legal disputes, property litigations, and contract negotiations.

- Liaise with government authorities and regulatory bodies for legal matters.

- Conduct due diligence on property documents and ownership records.

- Keep updated on real estate laws and industry legal trends.

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?55,000.00 per month
