Role Overview

As a Legal Associate , you'll represent clients (or the company) in legal matters, offer expert guidance, draft critical documents, and drive favourable outcomes. Your contributions will be vital to ensuring legal compliance, protecting clients' rights, and strengthening the reputation for exceptional legal service

Key Responsibilities

1. Legal Drafting & Documentation

Draft, review, and vet contracts, agreements, legal notices, petitions, and pleadings.

Prepare responses to legal queries and advisory notes.2. Litigation & Representation

Appear before various courts, tribunals, and regulatory authorities.

Assist in case preparation, including witness briefing, document collation, and evidence management.3. Legal Research & Analysis

Conduct comprehensive legal research to support litigation and advisory work.

Stay updated on changes in laws, regulations, and judicial precedents.4. Client Interaction & Advisory

Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and provide timely updates.

Offer practical legal solutions aligned with clients' business or personal objectives.5. Compliance & Risk Management

Ensure adherence to statutory and procedural requirements.

Identify and mitigate potential legal risks.

Qualifications & Skills

Education: LL.B. (Mandatory),

Experience: 3-5 years of experience in legal industry.

Bar Council Registration: Mandatory

Strong drafting and negotiation skills.

Excellent communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.

High level of professional ethics and integrity.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 10:00 am to 7:00 pm

Salary: ₹13,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
