Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Legal Advisor with

strong expertise in real estate laws and property-related legal matters

. The candidate must have hands-on

experience handling real estate documentation, agreements, registrations, litigations, and compliance, strictly within the real estate domain

. Experience in civil and criminal cases will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

Drafting, reviewing, and finalizing property agreements, sale deeds, lease deeds, MoUs, and other real estate-related contracts. Conducting due diligence on property titles and ensuring legal compliance. Handling property disputes, arbitration, and real estate litigations. Advising management on RERA, stamp duty, registration, and related statutory requirements. Coordinating with external legal counsels, government bodies, and regulatory authorities. Ensuring all company real estate transactions comply with applicable laws.
Key Requirements:

LLB/BL degree with 6 years and above of proven experience in real estate law. Strong knowledge of property laws, RERA, registration processes, and title verification. Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and provide timely legal solutions. Male candidates only (as per client requirement).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
