Job Title: Legal Executive Real Estate
Job Summary:
We are looking for a seasoned Legal Executive with a strong background in real estate law to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide expert legal support in property transactions, contracts, and compliance matters. This is a part-time opportunity suitable for experienced professionals, including retired legal practitioners.
Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on legal aspects of real estate transactions including purchases, sales, leases, and contract negotiations.

• Draft, review, and ensure compliance of property-related agreements, leases, and other legal documents.

• Conduct due diligence on properties to identify legal risks and recommend mitigation strategies.

• Stay updated on real estate laws, zoning regulations, and market trends.

• Collaborate with internal teams, brokers, agents, and clients to facilitate smooth transactions.

• Attend closings and oversee the legal aspects of title transfers.

• Handle disputes, zoning issues, and coordinate with regulatory authorities when needed.

• Ensure all legal documentation is accurate and compliant with local/state regulations.

• LLB, LLM, or JD from a recognized institution.

• Active license to practice law in [State/Country].

• Minimum 3-9 years of independent legal experience, preferably in real estate law.

• Strong understanding of real estate, revenue department procedures, contracts (Work Orders, Purchase Orders), business transactions, and license renewals.

• Proficient in legal research tools and general computer applications.

• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple legal matters concurrently.

• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and client-focused.
