for our growing IT organization. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in Indian labor law and company law, capable of drafting legal agreements, handling notices, managing code of conduct issues, and ensuring full legal compliance across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft and review
employee agreements
,
HR policies
,
bond/contract clauses
, and
non-disclosure agreements (NDAs)
.
Advise HR and management on
Labor Laws
,
Shops & Establishments Act
,
EPF/ESIC
,
working hours
,
wages
,
grievance redressal
, and
termination procedures
.
Prepare and issue legal
notices
,
show-cause letters
, and
disciplinary warnings
as per company policy.
Assist in developing and updating the
Code of Conduct
and ensure it aligns with company values and legal standards.
File complaints or respond to legal queries with appropriate authorities or legal bodies when necessary.
Work closely with external legal consultants for handling legal disputes or escalated compliance matters.
Ensure the organization is compliant with all applicable
IT industry legal norms
, including data protection, employment norms, and regulatory filings.
Conduct internal sessions for HR and leadership to spread legal awareness and reduce risk exposure.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB); LLM is a plus.
Minimum
2-5 years
of experience as a Legal Advisor, preferably in an
IT or corporate environment

Fluent in English and Hindi, both written and spoken.
