: Legal Advisor - FMCG Sector As a Legal Advisor at our company you will play a crucial role in ensuring legal compliance, mitigating risks, and supporting strategic business decisions. Monitor and ensure the company\'s compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements. 4. Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify potential legal risks and liabilities, assess their potential impact, and develop strategies to mitigate them effectively. 5. Dispute Resolution: Assist in managing legal disputes and liaise with external legal counsel when necessary. Seek opportunities for alternative dispute resolution methods to minimize legal costs and risks. 6. Intellectual Property: Advise on matters related to trademark and copyright protection, patent applications, and intellectual property rights enforcement. 7. Training and Education: Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees on legal matters and compliance best practices within the FMCG industry. 8. Policy Development: Collaborate with relevant teams to develop and update company policies and procedures to ensure alignment with legal requirements and industry standards. 9.
