To manage HR operations and provide legal guidance to ensure compliance with labor laws and smooth organizational functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
Advise management on legal/HR issues and resolve employee grievances.
Liaise with government bodies and external legal consultants.
Draft and review contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements.
Handle Employee leave, and employee relations.
Qualifications:
LLB/LLM with HR knowledge/experience.
2-5 years of experience in HR & Legal functions.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, contracts, and HR practices.
Excellent communication and confidentiality skills.
