We are currently seeking an experienced Legal Advisor (Immigration Law) to join our growing team in Chandigarh (Tricity region - Mohali, Panchkula). This is a full-time, office-based role offering excellent opportunities for career advancement within the immigration and legal services industry.

Key Responsibilities

Advise clients on immigration law matters, including visa applications, permanent residency, citizenship, and work permits. Conduct client consultations to assess eligibility and develop tailored immigration strategies. Draft, review, and file immigration applications and supporting documents accurately and on time. Manage case files and client records, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Communicate regularly with clients to explain legal procedures, provide updates, and ensure clarity at every stage. Liaise with government authorities and immigration departments on behalf of clients. Stay updated with Indian and international immigration policies, legal amendments, and documentation standards. Deliver professional, ethical, and empathetic client service at all times.
Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB, JD, or equivalent). Minimum 1 years of experience in immigration law or legal advisory . Sound knowledge of visa categories, legal drafting, and immigration compliance. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction. Excellent organizational, analytical, and multitasking abilities. Based in or willing to relocate to Chandigarh / Mohali / Panchkula (Tricity area).
