About the Role:-

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Legal Advisor to oversee all legal aspects of the company, ensure statutory compliance, and provide guidance on business-related legal matters. The ideal candidate should possess strong legal knowledge, analytical skills, and the ability to manage corporate legal responsibilities independently.

Key Responsibilities:-

Draft, review, and finalize contracts, agreements, MoUs, NDAs, and other legal documentation. Provide expert legal opinions and guidance to the management on corporate decisions. Handle regulatory compliance related to travel, tourism, forex, and labour laws. Represent the company in legal proceedings when required. Ensure timely compliance with statutory filings and corporate governance. Manage legal issues related to employee onboarding, exit, misconduct, and disciplinary actions. Coordinate with external lawyers for case management and legal proceedings. Support departments in resolving legal disputes and preventing legal risks. Review business policies and SOPs to align with legal standards.

Eligibility Criteria:-

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Law (LLB/LLM). Minimum 2-5 years of relevant legal experience (corporate / commercial law preferred). Strong knowledge of Indian corporate, labour, taxation, and contract laws. Excellent communication, negotiation, and drafting skills. Experience in travel, tourism, or service industry preferred (not mandatory).
