About the Company:
Need Eighty Two Forex and Travels Pvt. Ltd. is a leading company in the travel and tourism sector, committed to providing world-class services to our clients. We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Legal Advisor to guide our organization on legal matters and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide legal advice and guidance on corporate, commercial, employment, and regulatory matters.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Handle disputes, claims, and legal proceedings in coordination with external lawyers when required.
Support management in risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
Keep the management updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to the company.
Conduct legal research and provide reports on relevant issues affecting business operations.
Liaise with government authorities and regulatory bodies as necessary.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB); a Master's degree or specialization is a plus.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a legal advisor or in corporate legal practice.
Strong knowledge of Indian laws, corporate governance, labor laws, and regulatory compliance.
Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and provide practical solutions.
High ethical standards and integrity.
