We are seeking dynamic, qualified, and passionate educators for the position of

Lecturer / Assistant Professor in Commerce

. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a commitment to teaching excellence, innovation, and student mentorship.

The lecturer/Sr. lecturer responsibilities include:

Responsibilities

Deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, and seminars in Commerce and related subjects such as Accounting, Business Studies, and Taxation. Design curriculum and develop lesson plans aligned with academic standards and learning objectives. Evaluate student performance through assignments, examinations, and active classroom participation. Provide academic guidance and mentorship, supporting students in both curricular and extracurricular pursuits. Participate actively in departmental initiatives, research activities, and the overall development of the institution. Assist in planning and conducting seminars, workshops, and other academic events. Undertake administrative responsibilities, including student admissions, induction programs, and participation in various committees and clubs. Foster academic collaboration and build institutional linkages with other colleges, universities, and organizations.
